We are excited to invite you to our annual "Wild Goose Chase" race. Each year people have an opportunity to walk in our 5K or run a 5k or 10K races while observing one of the most spectacular events in Utah. Gunnison Bend Reservoir is one of the few areas where you can view the migration of the Lesser Snow Geese. Thousands of birds can be seen on the water and in the fields surrounding the Delta Area.

Register Now!

Combination of paved and unpaved surfaces.
Course description of the race will be presented to all participants at the registration table.
Roads will be marked and waterfowl may be viewed from the course.
The race will start promptly at 10:00 am.
Dress warm and be ready to have FUN.

Event begins and ends at the Gunnison Bend Reservoir main beach.
You cannot drive directly from the Sherwood Shore viewing area to the main beach where the race begins.
Watch for race signs coming from Delta and refer to the destination map.

Entry Fees:
Please no refund requests

$25/entry - Adult early registration - (until 8:00pm on February 24th)

$30/entry - Registration - day of race (after 8:00pm on February 24th until 10:00am on February 25th)

$10/entry - Children 12 and under - (Children will receive a participation medal)

Registration includes:

Awards for 1st - 3rd place in each race division, Post-race refreshments, Entry for prize drawings
